The favorite for the BUT is Michael Dola, who will wear bib number 1. However, keep an eye on experienced runner Filippo Canetta (46), who always manages to surprise. Luca Sogni (74), from the Cusio area, is also expected to perform well.
In the BSR, Riccardo Borgialli (202), a great admirer of this territory, will be a top contender. He will face tough competition from reigning champion Paolo Dellavesa (297), Fabio Rolando (374), second in the 2024 BUT, and Stefano Piana (310), who reached the podium last year.
In the women’s field, an exciting battle is expected between Federica Zuccollo (201), Denise Zacco (332), last year’s winner Sara Locatelli (334), and 2024 third-place finisher Monica Moia (389).
The BR promises to be thrilling with many potential frontrunners, including Matteo Ferrari (848), young talent Federico Mussi (836), recent Mezzafiato Trail winner Andrea Ricchi (713), Andrea Zucchiatti (664), and last year’s second and third place finishers, Thomas Floriani (844) and Filippo Crippa (358).
In the women’s field, keep an eye on Elena Soffia (603) and Stefania Termignoni (825).
