One month to the July races!
10 June 2022
BUT Formazza is coming!
10 May 2023The 2022 edition of BUT Formazza, or rather, the events scheduled for the traditional July date are only a few days away: in fact, the next 9/7 will host the Bettelmatt Super Race, Bettelmatt Race and Bettelmatt Mini Trail.
Three itineraries for all palates
The longest distance will be missing, scheduled for September on the occasion of the Skyrunning World Championships, but trail lovers will still find three fantastic routes, set up as always by ASD Formazza Event: Bettelmatt Super Race (37 km for 2,733 m D+), the race that comes close to an altitude of 3,000 m, and Bettelmatt Race, (24 km for 1,050 m D+), which alternates stretches with significant slopes with other very runable ones. And for the less trained, there is the Bettelmatt Mini Trail, 8 wonderful km around Lake Morasco that will let everyone experience the atmosphere of a real trail running festival in the high mountains that characterizes BUT Formazza!
As always, the start and finish of all the races will be in the enchanting village of Riale, at over 1700 m above sea level, which is increasingly becoming a point of reference for summer sports, after having already become one for winter disciplines.
Also in 2022 the event organized by Formazza Event will be part of the Salomon Golden Trail National Series circuit, the circuit that brings together some of the most beautiful and spectacular trails in Italy.
There is still time to register
Registration for all competitions is open! Until July 7, BSR, BR and BMT can register. You can also register for the shorter race, the 8 km, on the day of the race, unless the maximum limit of 300 registered is reached first. In total there are already around 400 registered for the various races, including some winners of the 2021 races; a good number if you consider that there is still a week left until registration closes!
In September we repeat with the World Cup!
It will be a long summer for Formazza Eventi: in fact, Bettelmatt SkyUltra (61 km for 3,759 m D+) will take place on Saturday 10 September and there will be the opportunity to run on the paths of the Skyrunning World Championship, together with some of the strongest athletes in the world! An opportunity really not to be missed!
