A new, interesting initiative by BUT Formazza to live a special day waiting for BUT, enjoy excellent mountain food and listen to stories of food, sport and courage

Five great chefs on the national scene, a spectacular trail race in the Lepontine Alps and a “heroic” cheese because it is produced exclusively in seven alpine pastures in the area that reach up to 2,500 meters of altitude. These are the ingredients of “BUT Gourmet”, the high-altitude pic-picnic on Saturday 6 July, starting at 12.30, in Riale, in the heart of Val Formazza. An opportunity to taste the culinary excellence of high mountains, from wild herbs to fine beef to the “mythical” Bettelmatt cheese, cooked by great chefs, including two starred.
